At the same time it gathers opinion & suggestion from the home grown talents, in finding a solution to improve our local arts industry in making real money. Unlike the budget accorded in Europe or America for creative talents,it is relatively low in budget for Asian creative talents and most production budget whether in the field of music, film or fashion. So Vr1 primary objectives is to find out why and whilst doing that, it'll also create awareness for undiscovered talents and at the same time garner more local support in making it real for creative arts .
